Main Plot/Story of Naa Peru Meenakshi:The story of a innocent,Kind woman Meenakshi and her life journey which is associated with a business family.

Meenakshi who works in a textile designs company,gets a chance to lead the same company as head for 6 months.

Krish is an Orphan.Balaram's father takes care of Krish and treats him as own son.This is the reason for rivalry between Balaram and Krish.
